These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sri Bhagvatam website, the booking of accommodation, and your stay at our property. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or checking in, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To preserve the tranquil atmosphere and standards of our property, all guests are required to comply with the following:
Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive soiling caused to hotel property during their stay, whether accidental or otherwise, including but not limited to bed linen, towels, furniture, fixtures, electronic equipment, and missing room inventory. Charges for professional cleaning, repair, or replacement will be applied based on actual cost incurred. Guests are encouraged to report accidental damage to Reception immediately.
The management shall not be held responsible for loss of cash, jewellery, valuables, or personal belongings not deposited for safekeeping, where applicable. The property is also not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents parked on the premises.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue accommodation to any guest whose conduct is considered disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the comfort, safety, and well-being of other guests or the property’s policies, without obligation to refund any amount paid.
Sri Bhagvatam shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
Sri Bhagvatam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
